Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete and model. In the wake of quitting her childhood career in gymnastics, Ariel began competing at fitness competitions at the age of 16. As a teenager, she won her pro card just one year later. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She started competing in fitness contests when she was 16, after she quit her gymnastics program in childhood. One year later at 17 She was able to earn her professional card. She became the oldest IFBB Pro ever. When she was awarded her Pro Card Ariel took six years off the stage in order to complete her college education. The return to competitive competition in 2015 was an extension of her previous efforts, wherein she competed at elite events such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first appearance, she continued competing for a long time and establishing higher goals each year. She also won four fitness championships by the close of 2009. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competitive sports to finish her college degree. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut took place at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. In the competition, she placed third. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel was on the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel was elated to have placed 6th in the Fitness Division, despite being completely unprepared. It is no surprise that Ariel did well given that she had to compete against top of the line athletes. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel prefers to concentrate specifically on the back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm lat pulldowns and pull-ups that are performed using a machine, as well as bent-over rows. It is common to warm up prior to an actual workout. Ariel gets the most out of her limited time. Ariel does so by doing supersettings for all her back exercises. This is usually three to four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
